Oh my heavens, our poor den!

Today was difficult coming home and seeing the mess.  The Lambert guys did everything they could but still, YIKES.  I know it will look great when they are done.

Also Dr. Willis Fedio gave us a shout today.  The sauce and seasoning look good  for process and quality review.  Whew!  I knew we were doing everything right but it was wonderful to hear confirmation.  Another hurdle over.  We’ve have some process improvements to do on the marinade in that we are over-processing.  Willis was wonderful on suggestions and there should be no problems getting the changes approved.

And I hope everyone have a great Thanksgiving.  We certainly did.  Chirstmas soon!
