Add 8 ounces of boiling water to 1 packet (2 in each box) of Paulita's Dehydrated Hatch Green Chile. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Or product can be added directly to stews or sauces and then simmered to rehydrate.
Promptly refrigerate or freeze unused product after preparation.

Oh My! I made green chile stew last night with the dehydrated chile. It was marvelous. So much better than any frozen, even that I freeze each fall. My days of freezing chile are over. So easy to store in the pantry until ready to use. I’m a convert. However, there is a dilemma. I have been using Paulita’s Green Chile Sauce for green chile stew. Both the sauce and the dehydrated are just so good I don’t know which to use. Maybe alternate. Maybe use both together for a green chile feast.
