


Add 6 cups of COLD water to a 4-quart sauce pan. Stir in the contents of both packets. Bring to a rolling boil. Cover and simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Pay close attention to ensure that the contents do not scorch.
Thicken if desired by mixing 3 rounded tablespoons of corn starch in an 1/2 of a cup of cold water. Stir to remove lumps. Stir into simmering sauce and continue to stir while returning the sauce to a full boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
Refrigerate or freeze unused product after preparation.

Normally, I load an entire suit case with frozen green chilies and sauce for cooking back in FL. Since I have been unable to travel, I have been desperate to find good ingredients for real New Mexico cooking and your products have exceeded my expectations! I must give credit where it is due and it was Celina’s Biscotto’s website that introduced me to your products….I miss those darn cookies too….

I grew up in New Mexico and have lived out of state for the past 8 years. I have yet to find a green chile product that comes close to tasting like home – like Paulita’s products. Further, you can’t find authentic New Mexican chile products outside of the state. Even when I’m home and visiting, I prefer Paulita’s products over anything else.
