Paulita’s Green Chile Stew is ready for the world! Real Hatch Green Chile, not chile extracts or powders, Idaho potatoes, and all the Paulita’s goodness you expect. Just add the contents of the package to 3 quarts of water and simmer for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. For variety, add 1 pound of cubed chicken, pork or beef to the pot and cook for 30 minutes at a simmer.
Paulita’s Green Chile Stew
Dried Potato (Potatoes, Sodium Bisulfite), Hatch Green Chile, Chicken Stock (Salt, monosodium glutamate, corn starch, sugar, palm oil, tomato powder, potassium chloride, natural flavor, chicken fat, citric acid, maltodextrin, powdered cooked chicken, caramel color, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, silicon dioxide, turmeric, annatto, parsley, yellow 5, red 40), onion, tomato, red pepper, garlic, spices.
Directions: In a 4.5 quart or larger pot add contents of package and 3 quarts of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Thicken with corn starch to desired consistency. For variety add 1 pound of cubed chicken or beef to the above recipe in a 5 quart or larger pot. Meat can be added raw but the recipe must be followed for proper cooking.
