We’ve been slabbed, finally!

Paulita’s poured concrete today!

After 3 months worth of plans, finding a contractor, slab removal, more plans, more approvals, more mess, hidden gas lines and other silliness we’ve finally got the slab. It’s hard for some to feel like a slab is beautiful, but if you will for give the pun, Paulita’s finally has something err…. concrete.

Discussion with our builder today lead us to believe that we will be closed in by Christmas. That means the roof and walls are up and sheet rock is over the wound in our house. Stucco and shingles will be the first week of the New Year.

If all goes as planned (whatever) we should be able to move in sinks, island, freezer and fridge by the 3rd week in January.

Paulita’s is starting to get really real in a hurry. So thank you to all that got us this far and are determined to help us go further. You rock!

I have been using your products and wanted to let you know delicious it is. I have made it for my daughter and son. We have used the sauce, marinade and seasoning and it tastes great. From the first time I tried Paulita’s Green Chile Seasoning I was hooked! I immediately requested to try the Green Chile Sauce which by the way has the greatest bite of spiciness! I have tried your green chilie seasoning and I have found this to be one of my favorite seasonings! Its great to add as a seasoning while cooking also as extra flavoring to food.. I have shared some products with my family and everyone enjoys the flavor it adds! The green chilie sauce is also amazing and easy to make… This is good for enchiladas, or any added green chilie sauc..
